Very good, very moist, I only used 1 1/2 cups of flour like others had suggested and mine came out very moist. Next time I will cut down the sugar, a little too sweet for my taste and then I will add nutmeg and I think this will be a perfect recipe!

Sweet Fried Summer Squash

Excellent recipe, I just added salt and pepper to the squash before I dredged in the flour. This is the way my mother made squash when I was a child. Thanks for sharing your recipe.

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes

AWESOME recipe!!! I had a recipe like this years ago that was given to me from a friend's grandmother and i had lost it and I have been searching for this recipe for many years! Thank you so much for submitting the great recipe and I encourage everyone to try it, and to use Sharp Cheddar like another person said - it makes the potatoes!once you try this recipe you will never use any other Au Gratin recipe again!

Cheddar Baked Chicken

My family thought the chicken was just OK, I actually liked it, however, the bottom was soggy, next time I will use less butter. Overall, this is a good recipe!

Saucy Chicken Cordon Bleu

The chicken was GREAT, however, my family did not like the sauce. I did put the sauce on the bottom with the chicken on top like other reviewers suggested and I'm glad I did, that way the sauce wasn't on top of the chicken. I will make this recipe again without the sauce.

Buttery Cooked Carrots

My family LOVED the carrots; even my 4 year old that will only eat raw carrots ate them. This is a great recipe! I followed the directions exactly except I did boil the carrots a little longer because I don't like crunchy carrots and they came out PERFECT!!! This recipe is a keeper!!

Cinnamon Snack Mix

This is a FANTASTIC snack mix recipe! I did substitute Cheerios and Rice Chex cereal for the Ramen Noodles. I also added cinnamon to the butter/honey sauce, as suggested by other people. I will keep this recipe and make it in the future....thanks for the great recipe Sara!
