I am not a fan of mayonnaise but these are remarkable. Easy and i just wrap the lil guys in tin foil and cut my time in half to just get a nice blend of cheese and crusty roll. Fab thanks for submission

Jeff's Recipe for Oysters in a Pan

Not a fan! i love oysters, and I'm sorry to be a hater. My husband didn't seem to mind it, but i could barely eat it. Was way too salty for my preference, and the taste left in my mouth was not a good one, i had three glasses of water with the one bowl :*( Sorry, wish i could of enjoyed it more!

Tuscan Soup

So savory and delicious, flavors work so well together. I had a bunch leftover so i froze it and ate again on a later date. The spices were phenomenal both fresh and frozen! My husband and i are big soup eaters and this will be in my cooking book for years to come!

Molasses Brined Pork Chops

I LOVED this! i grew up on molasses so was obvious i would like this, but being in a brine it does become quite salty, so try to pair with a sweet salad, or sweet potato, if salads scared you! Will make again!

Strawberry Spinach Salad I

I had cut this down to 2 serving sizes, i found it a tad sugary, my husband LOVED it he has a sweet tooth. So i will cut down the sure to an 1/8c for just us two, but beautiful spring recipe that every salad lover should try!
