Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
Very awesome soup! I've been told it is for sure restaurant quality! I had only changed a few things like I used 3 chicken bullion cubes instead of granules (because I didn't have them), and used baby red potatoes with skins on (saved time and I prefer them), tossed some chives and red pepper flakes in. Overall easy for beginners, and you can freeze leftovers, in freezer safe bags, for up to two months!
