Loved it! I added a little more flour to make it thicker and added some sour cream and used heavy cream, overall great recipe!

Worst recipe I have ever made. I followed it to the T and it came out a sloppy mess.

Apple Crisp II

Reviewed: Aug. 10, 2013
I have never made anything like this before and I was happily surprised with how easy it was! I made it with 10 red apples and doubled the topping, my husband and I loved it! I will certainly be making this again! I did follow other reviewers instructions and added nutmeg.

Stuffed Mushrooms IV

Reviewed: May 15, 2013
Amazing recipe! I made only a few changes by adding in a tbl spoon of cream cheese when I added the heavy cream and I topped it with cheese instead of chili powder! I have always used stuffing from the box when making stuffed mushrooms, but this recipe is so simple and amazing, that its the only way I will make them now!

Honey Dijon Balsamic Vinaigrette

Reviewed: May 5, 2013
Base for the recipe was good. Had to do some minor adjustments to make it more to my taste. As other reviewers did, I added minced garlic. I also added more honey, more balsamic vinegar, and used honey mustard as well as spicy mustard to give it more flavor. Final addition was about 2 tbs of red wine. It turned out amazing! Loved the base of the recipe but lots of adjustments to make it just right.

Burrito Pie

Reviewed: Apr. 23, 2013
Amazing and so simple!! I used 1 can of rotel instead of the green chilies, and put half of 1 can of re-fried beans in the mix with the meat and the other half on the tortillas as i layered it. It was a fantastic and simple dish! Left over's for tomorrow will be so good!!

Hamburger Steak with Onions and Gravy

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2013
I made these last night and my husband LOVED them! The gravy was a little too oily but I added a can of french onion soup and some more flour and it turned out amazing! He asked for seconds! I am not a cook by any means, so when he asks for more it was certainly good! Great job on the recipe!

Peanut Butter Balls IV

Loved them! I could have eaten the whole tray! So simple to make and everyone enjoyed them! Don't worry if you don't have any maple extract, increase the vanilla and they will taste just as great!

Divine Macaroons

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2013
I made these this weekend and they turned out fantastic! I didn't have any almond extract, so I increased the vanilla extract. This was so simple! I do recommend putting the mixture in the fridge for about an hour before rolling out onto the baking sheet lined with folio and greased for easier clean up. I also dipped them into semi-sweet chocolate and they were fantastic!

Ground Beef Stroganoff

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2013
I made this recipe last night and my husband loved it! I read the reviews and like others I cut down the mayo by half and used more sour cream than it called for. I also used Worcestershire sauce in the meat while cooking it and then added cooking red wine, once the meat was done I used about 3 tbs. of the broth and added it to the sour cream sauce and drained the rest from the meat before adding the sauce in! Instead of ground beef I used beef tips! Great recipe! It was amazing and so simple! I will be making this again!
