Cream Cheese and Crab Sushi Rolls

I had never eaten sushi before and decided that I wanted to try it. I searched for an easy recipe and came across this one. It is AMAZING! My husband literally cannot get enough of these! I ended up not liking the seaweed, has a very strong smell and taste to me, but I have always been a picky eater hehe! I used tortillas for mine instead of the seaweed, but my husband loved it the way it's written. I will have to order spring roll wrappers (rice paper) and make these for myself again...can't wait! They are extremely fun to make and super easy, no bamboo mat needed!

Mom's Best Peanut Brittle

Fantastic recipe! I also use cashews instead of peanuts sometimes. The only thing different I do in this recipe is I add the nuts in when the candy thermometer reaches 300 degrees, then wait until the thermometer reaches 310 before taking it off the stove and adding the butter and baking soda.

Crispy Herb Baked Chicken

Tried this a few nights ago and it's yummy! I also added more spices as suggested for added flavor. Will definitely make again and again. I had no problems with the coating coming off while cooking. I placed a cooling rack on a cookie sheet, then placed the chicken on the rack and baked it. Came out perfect!

Margaret's Southern Chocolate Pie

I've made this wonderful pie many times and it's fantastic! I make it exactly like the recipe says, but somehow I usually end up forgetting to add the butter after the filling has cooked but it comes out perfect every time, with and without the butter. LOVE IT!

Grands!® Easy Taco Melts

Tried this recipe for dinner tonight and my husband and I loved it! I will use a packet of taco seasoning next time as others have suggested. Also, I lightly floured my counter and rolled the biscuits out with a rolling pin, made things a LOT easier :)This is definitely a keeper!
