Dad's Leftover Turkey Pot Pie

This reminded me of childhood, except without freezer burn and the tin pie plate. Quick and easy and the kids both asked for seconds. Only modification was addition of cubed white potatoes.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Followed the recipe exactly, and my picky 3 year old devoured it. Then he asked for more. We'll be adding it to the rotation since it was easy to make and loved by him.

Potato Skins

Good Stuff! The Gouda and Pepperoni are a nice change from bacon and cheddar. Also dousing the potatoes with hot sauce when you add toppings adds great flavor if you like spice.
