Delicious...We love coconut so used a lot more than the recipe called for; probably 3x-4x more. Also I used light sour cream with no effect on taste. Super quick to make--5 mins top.

This is my favorite frosting recipe. Whenever I frost a cake, I pull out this recipe. Be sure to mix the flour and milk before putting the pot on the stove. Yum!

I've used this recipe so many times over years to make zucchini bread; and I'm about to do it again. This is so easy and comes out so moist and taste greats, why bother trying another.

Gazpacho I

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Delicious...I used this recipe to make home-made ice cream sandwiches. I doubled the recipe, except for the chocolate chips (I roll the ice cream in chocolate chips), and left out the nuts. Yummy

Stuffed Green Peppers I

My husband had never had stuffed peppers and loved this recipe. I took the advice of others and added extra garlic powder and worcestershire sauce. In the future I will half the recipe as it doesn't taste as good the next day.

Caribbean Grilled Chicken Breast with Pineapple Salsa

This recipe is very easy to prepare and delicious. I couldn't find the Spicy Caribbean Marinade in my store; so I used the store brand already made Caribbean Marinade. That's the only change I made.

Overall, I liked this recipe; however next time I will leave off the egg yolk and mayonaise topping (doesn't add much but calories)and cut the paprika and parsley in half.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

This meatloaf had a good taste, but the topping/sauce was kind of clump in the bottom of the pan. I think I would keep the recipe for the meatloaf, but skip putting the brown sugar and ketchup in the bottom of the pan.
