Thank you for the best Chili Recipe. I have been making chili for years, I would doctor up a dry mix, good, but this was the best chili I have ever made. I did a few small changes, I used half of the chili pepper, and left out the tabsco and cayenne (for the not hot eaters in my group, I needed cayenne on mine:). I thickened it up a bit with corn flour and water mixture (gives it such a authentic taste). Other than that, I would not change a thing! Glad I made a double batch. I always freeze the leftovers. The only other thing that would have made this better was having Da Bears win the Superbowl!
