Snickerdoodles I
I typically only review a recipe when I follow it exact, in this case I did plan to follow it exact but realized I was out of cream of tartar... I was stuck using 4 teaspoons of lemon juice to replace the cream of tartar. The cookies turned out perfect in regards to texture and overall look, but I am only giving the recipe 4 stars since it should call for more cinnamon (possibly a teaspoon more). I also had to make the sugar and cinnamon mixture twice, the 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon was only enough for 2/3 of the dough.

Janet's Rich Banana Bread
I picked this recipes because I only had two bananas at the time. As always I followed the recipe exact so my review is based on the original recipe and not a recommendation or suggestion. The first time around it was good but I would only give it 3 stars because it is missing additional flavors and the sliced bananas don't bake as good as mashed. To make it a 4.5 star rating the second time I mashed the bananas, poured the mixture into 6 large muffin tins and made a crumb topping (4tbs butter, 4tbs brown sugar, 2tbs flour, 3tsp cinnamon and 1/8tsp nutmeg) and baked for at 350 for 45mins.

Carrot Cake III
I am a strong believer in rating the actual recipe listed here and not rating based off of an altered recipe or the suggestions of others. I made this cake EXACTLY as it says and it came out amazing. I paired it up with the Cream Cheese Frosting II Recipe (also followed exactly) and this is truly a perfect combination. After making it one year for Thanksgiving several members of my family now request it for their birthday. I tell everyone to go to this site and follow Carrot Cake III and Cream Cheese Frosting II recipes to match the cake =)
