Barbecue Beef Cups

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2012
Fun for kids, I used 1 pound of meat and 1 cup of cheese this made 12 beef cups total. The biscuit dough is enough to make 8 cups and then I used bread to make 4 more. The biscuit cups turned out much bigger of course and the flavor overall is much better. Recipe says it serves 6, now for an adult I think you would probably eat 2 cups and a child would eat one ( and want more!) keep this in mind my family of five I would next time pick up another biscuit mix.

Mozzarella Parmesan Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2012
I used 6 bonless chicken breasts and I reduced cooking time to 30 min, turn chicken cook another 20 added cheese/soup mix and cooked for approx. 15min. The chicken turned out great and it was not dry surprisingly. Next time I will use half of the second soup it was way too much soup even if I would of used eight breasts. I used shredded mozz. Overall pretty easy.

Penne with Chicken and Asparagus

Reviewed: May 10, 2012
If you are looking for Chicken, Asaragus, and a quick easy meal- this is it! Very easy...prep time is more like 25 min to cut up all the chicken and asparagus. The only change I made was that I had whole wheat penne. Very good, easy, and healthy.
