Pumpkin Roll I

This is a huge hit with my whole family. I couldn't find the tea cloth so I used wax paper and it worked fine. I did have to let it cool longer before I rolled it up.

Broiled Grouper with Creamy Crab and Shrimp Sauce

This was so good. I used 1/2 pound fresh shrimp and cut up. I also added mushrooms and served over wild rice. We will be having this again.
