I'm 32 years old and live in central GA. I'm a teacher and my husband is a banker. We have one child, a girl, plus a dog and a cat. We joke that if we ever have a boy, we'll be the All-American family. :P I love to try new stews and soups. I'm a freak for anything with chicken. I am also starting to love casseroles since they are easy to make, store and cause little mess. My family is Italian, so we love pasta, anti-pasta, spedini and a big bottles of wine. Salut! Anytime I make something for the first time and it turns out ok, that's a triumph for me! When I was 18 and in college, I thought the heat from the pasta would be enough to warm the jarred sauce. Fortunately, I've learned much since then.
