Maple Salmon
This was good! I of course made some modifications. I used Garlic Powder instead of garlic salt. The soy Sauce supplies more than enough salt! The dry herbs I rubbed into the fish and used a little paprika. I have also used blackened season blend from whole foods (just a little). I baked it in the oven for 20 min then let it sit in the oven for an extra 10 mins letting the remaining heat in the oven crust the salmon nicely!

Overnight Blueberry French Toast
I modified the recipe by using a whole carton of Egg Beaters and used reduced fat cream cheese and it didn't take away from the taste at all and came out better than I expected! However next time I will use less cream cheese.. Perhaps about 10-12 ounces vs 16. Oh! And Day old bakery Italian Bread is best...the type that comes as a whole loaf unsliced!
