Banana Sour Cream Bread

Great bread. The sugar mixture you put in the pan gives the outside a light crisp taste.

Gravy Baked Pork Chops

Awesome - My family loves this recipe. We have it at least once a month. I use the thick cut boneless chops and cook them a little longer. Very moist and tender.

Candied Sweet Potatoes

My daughter begged me for sweet potatoes so I tried this recipe. I took the advice of others and halved the butter. I'm not a big sweet potato fan, but this recipe is really really good.

Irresistible Pecan Pie

Dark Chocolate Cake I

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Yummy, I loved these cookies. I had to fight my son for them. Only change I made was to add a little more cinnamon. Next time I will try soaking the raisins before adding to cookies. This will be my Oatmeal cookie recipe from now on.

Chicken Chimichangas with Green Sauce

Great Chimichangas. I wondered about the soup but this recipe was really really good. I halfed the green sauce and skipped the olives. We don't care for olives. My husband is from AZ and he loved this. I will make this again.

Coconut Gumdrop Cookies

These are great cookies. My family fought over them. My daughter took some to her Christmas party and they were the hit of the party. I used red and green spiced gumdrops. The only thing I would do different next time is chop the gumdrops smaller (I chopped them in half).
