Kalua Pig in a Slow Cooker

THE BOMB!! I made this for the first time and it was wonderful! I used 5lb pork shoulder butt and followed the rest of the recipe. After 10 hrs it was nearly "falling off the bone" and after 4 more I shredded it and took off all the fat. I also stuck the juice in the freezer for a few minutes so the fat can harden and then I scraped it off and dumped the remaining juice back in the cooker. Definitely use Hawaiian Salt coz it makes a really big difference. It was a hit during dinner and left overs were sandwiched on Hawaiian Buns. Can't wait to make this again. Thanks for sharing the recipe.
