Fluffy Pancakes

Tried this recipe "as is" and they were amazing! We also like to thin it down with a little milk, and add blueberries or chocolate chips :-) mmmmmmm! Thanks for sharing!

Sooooo yummy! Like little cheesecake bites...I say little because I accidentally bought "mini" nilla wafers, LOL! Warning: if using mini nilla wafers, prepare for tons of little cookie bites :-) However, these mini firecrackers are the cutest things I've seen in a while!

Chewy Caramel

Thank goodness I lost my old recipe, or I wouldn't have tried this one! I heated to 245, and these little treats hold their shape perfectly-I won't have to individually wrap them to keep them separate! Thanks again!

Waffles II

These waffles freeze well-I cooked up a triple recipe and froze in daily-size packaged for my kids during the school week. Next time I will have try a quadruple batch, my boys can't get enough of these!

Angie's Perfect Dinner Rolls

Beautiful! I subbed half of the milk with buttermilk, worked very well. Also, I upped the recipe to 250 for a party, and there wasn't any left over...I am using this recipe again for our small Thanksgiving dinner...I am definitely thankful that I found this keeper! You may have to adjust the flour or raising time-but that's normal depending on where you live.
