Neiman Marcus Chocolate Chip Cookie

Delish!! My family loved them. Dough was a bit dry and crumbly but when baked they were perfect! I found the instant expresso coffee powder at The Anderson's store.

Mom's Zucchini Bread

This was really yummy. To make it healthier I used 1/2 cup oil and 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce, and omitted the walnuts. It was delicious!

Bread Machine Challah II

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2007
The dough was extremely sticky but after adding a ton of flour to it, it became workable and we were able to braid it. The end product was delicious though.

Bread Machine Challah I

Reviewed: Jun. 6, 2006
Great challah- I add 1-2 extra Tbsp. sugar to it. I make it on the dough setting in my bread machine then let my kids braid it. Then I let in rise in a warm oven for an hour. Then glaze it with a mixture of one egg and 1 Tbsp water. I bake it for about 20-30 min. at 350. My family LOVES it!! Looks like I bought it from a bakery!!
