Szechwan Shrimp
I cooked it today and added a little bit of chili sauce since the ingredients don't look hot enough for my husband's taste. It turned out pretty good we both liked it!

Cajun Potato Wedges
I am a beginner in terms of cooking but my husband and son liked the wedges a lot, it's why I think I need to leave a positive comment. I did modified the recipe a little bit because I didn't have fresh garlic and onion powder, I used garlic salt instead. Before turning over I baked for 20 mins and after that, 15 mins. The wedges came out very crispy outside and it tasted very good. I will definitely make it again.
