Beef Pot Roast
Came out tender and juicy. Used pearl onions instead of chopped and added some baby carrots and diced potatoes. Amazing!

Chicken Cheese Chowder
This is some good chowder! Takes some time to get it to thicken up but was worth it. Be careful not to let it scorch. Doubled the recipe to start with. Removed the onion (one of my guests was allergic) and replaced it with 2 cans of white and golden corn. I like my chowder thick so i actually ended up adding 2 whole blocks of Velveeta. Will make again.

Irish Steaks
Real good flavor with these steaks. You get a hint of the wiskey but its not overbearing. i suggest added about a clove of minced garlic to the onions while they are cooking. Also some baby-bella mushrooms go great. Wasnt awhole lot left of the sauce/onions so i mixed it in with a package of brown gravy mix. Turned out fantastic.
