Easy Indian Style Okra

Cheeseburger Meatloaf

I thought the recipe sounded good, but I thought I would kick it up by adding some bacon. I partially cooked 1/2 pound of bacon and mixed most of it with the ground beef before I formed the meatloaf. I used the rest as garnish-delish!

Red River Beef Stroganoff

Wow! If I could I would give it a higher rating. The only thing I changed is I cooked the beef and set aside so it wouldn't get over cooked and I add red wine to the sauce. I'll say it again-Wow.

Apricot Chicken

We cooked on the stove instead of the microwave and added some heat to it by adding a splash of Sriracha Hot Sauce. Very nice.

Lemon Chicken Piccata

We were really excited to try this dish, it has everything we love. Unfortunately, it was barely edible. It was way too sour. We used fresh lemons which may have been some of the problem, but it's sharp edge is just too much. Sorry.
