Sam's Famous Carrot Cake
Best ever!!! So moist and tasty I used a cream cheese icing recipe from this site and added 1/4 teaspoon of lemon extracting and I still would but just a drop the citrus was a nice addition to a rich cake. Thanks for an awesome recipe

Chef John's Buttermilk Biscuits
This recipe was awesome if you follow it I unfortunately did not. I did however make one correctly and it was great, as for the others I rolled the dough to thin and they had good flavor but were not great. So my suggestion is dbl the dough because if your gonna make a flour mess you may as well get enough dough for a cpl meals and freeze the unused uncooked biscuits between wax paper in a freezer bag and error on the side of caution and stop rolling a few rolls before you think you should stop no one has ever turned their nose up at a tall flaky biscuit.

Best Ever Banana Bread
I followed Georgias suggestions. I was skeptical right out of the oven, the banana bread seemed over cooked and average flavor. I put it in a Ziploc bag and put it in the fridge... however the next day I opened up the bag to the best banana bread I have EVER had. The term that came to mind although doesn't conceptually make sense is pudding like.
