This is a cake that we have been making for years..as is it is a good cake..i suggest using 2 cans of pumpkin or 1 large can,add 1 cup melted butter, 2tsp of cinnamon,any nut you enjoy will work for crunch.finally we serve this by turning it upside down onto serving plate after cooling completely in pan.use a topping of 1 8oz package of cream cheese,1tub cool whip and 1 cup powdered sugar,mix well and spread all over top

this recipe is salty..these are the ingredients for teriyaki sauce. I recommend adding some water to cut the salty taste down and increase the sugar (to your tasting).

Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic

My family enjoyed this. my personal preference will be to decrease the vinegar to 1/8 cup the next time I make it. I also used italian seasoning & 5 garlic cloves.

Big Al's K.C. Bar-B-Q Sauce

I am giving this 5 stars although I omitted the liquid smoke. This recipe is great without it. I also added a dash of cumin.It needed a little longer cooking time to get the consistency I liked.used it on baby back ribs that were marinated over night.

Restaurant Style Egg Drop Soup

this soup is good we did add peas,carrots & canned mushrooms to it.used only 2 eggs and 1 tablespoon cornstarch. i agree with others to adding the eggs after the cornstarch mixture.

Pleasant Pork Chops

the chops are good but i needed a little less paprika (found the sauce spicy).also needed to add flour to thicken the gravy.overall will make again.

Banana Cream Pie III

this is a good recipe, but i added vanilla extract (1/2 - 1 tsp) to a 5oz box of banana cream instant pudding and a sprinkle of cinnamon over the banana's prior to adding the pudding mix.
