Great Pumpkin Dessert

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2011
This is a cake that we have been making for years..as is it is a good cake..i suggest using 2 cans of pumpkin or 1 large can,add 1 cup melted butter, 2tsp of cinnamon, any nut you enjoy will work for crunch.finally we serve this by turning it upside down onto serving plate after cooling completely in pan.use a topping of 1 8oz package of cream cheese,1tub cool whip and 1 cup powdered sugar, mix well and spread all over top

Yakitori Don

Reviewed: Aug. 16, 2009
this recipe is salty..these are the ingredients for teriyaki sauce. I recommend adding some water to cut the salty taste down and increase the sugar (to your tasting).

My family enjoyed this. my personal preference will be to decrease the vinegar to 1/8 cup the next time I make it. I also used italian seasoning & 5 garlic cloves.

I found these just ok..the flavor was a little odd for me (I couldn't figure out what it was).I will make these another time with less honey to see if that's it.

Big Al's K.C. Bar-B-Q Sauce

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2009
I am giving this 5 stars although I omitted the liquid smoke. This recipe is great without it. I also added a dash of cumin. It needed a little longer cooking time to get the consistency I liked.used it on baby back ribs that were marinated over night.
