Mock Tuna Salad

Fantastic. My husband, the meat lover, loved this. In my opinion it has 1 teaspoon too many of mustard, but otherwise, it's going to be a staple in our diet. Thank you!!

Balsamic Mushrooms

OMG These are phenomenal!! I did substitute bourbon and added butter to oil. I also added a whole onion slivered. We ate them in tacos. I made more than enough for leftovers, but to my amazement my husband ate every last bite. This very traditional meat lover absolutely loved them. Thanks!!

Gingerbread Boys

Reviewed: May 28, 2010
I didn't care for the orange in the recipe. It completely overwhelmed the ginger and I even added more than called for. And I only added half the amount of zest called for. I thought they tasted exactly like Anna's Swedish thin crispy orange flavored cookies or the equilalent. Which I've never cared for. I won't be making these again.

Too Much Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2010
omg WOW! I made these into cupcakes, baked them for 30 minutes and they are heavenly. Soooo delicious. Followed recipe exactly. This recipe is spectacular. far better then anything you could buy at the grocery store. Like a gourmet muffin almost, maybe because of all the chocolate chips and because I made them with huge tops. Yummy!!!

Savory Crescent Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2009
It was superb. Even my small kids loved it. I didn't have pimento peppers, so I substituted diced green chili peppers and added chopped frozen spinach. It was excellent. Will definitely make again. I used a muffin pan, it was so easy. My huband was a glutton and had 4. I didn't use croutons, milk or butter either as I thought it was fattening enough already.

Italian Confetti Pasta Salad

Reviewed: Nov. 1, 2008
I am not a huge pasta salad fan. I was looking for a recipe for my nephew that was basic, but good... you know how picky kids are. It turns out that I LOVED this recipe. In fact everyone at the picnic did. It was a sensation and my picky nephew who barely eats, had four servings.

The Best Lemon Bars

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2007
Although this recipe was a little too sweet and I opted to add lemon zest to make it tart as I think lemon bars should be, overall I think it is an excellent an really easy recipe. I LOVE recipes with few ingredients. This recipe is excellent and better even is that it is ready made to yield a lot. Which judging from the times I've made them now you will need. EVERYONE loves them.

Asparagus and Ham Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2006
This recipe was really great. My entire family and two children I was looking after really enjoyed it. Simple enough, hearty, and tasty. I even liked it and I don't particularly like rice dishes. It's easy to change. I used brocolli for lack of asparagus. Used all my leftover ham which was my original intent. Husband wants me to add it to the rounds.
