I found this recipe a couple of weeks ago and made it on a Sunday. The family and I loved it! I started by boiling the chicken and veggies in chicken broth rather than the water for better flavor and then using it with the flour mixture and milk. I used the pillsbury ready-made pie crust. I did not add celery seed and I doubt it made any difference. I added 2 chopped red potatoes as well. I read some of the past reviews as I always do and added a bit more milk for the flour mixture to make sure it was not dry as some indicated. I did pre-bake the bottom crust for 5 min at 425 degrees and then added mixture and topped with 2nd crust. Turned down the oven to 350 and baked for about 40 minutes. It was perfect and I was quite pleased with my very first, but not my last, chicken pot pie! It was an easy recipe that can be done during the week as well!
