Broccoli with Garlic Butter and Cashews

Amazing sauce that could be used for a variety of different vegetables. Four stars since I have a personal affinity against cashews (I used toasted pinenuts), but likely a 5 star recipe for those of you who love cashews. Yummy! Will definitely make again.

Almond-Crusted Halibut Crystal Symphony

It's been a while since I've made this but I remember it well. It took a little care and time to add the butter, but was divine in the end. I highly recommend it!

Spinach and Goat Cheese Salad with Beetroot Vinaigrette

I had a craving goat cheese and this easy salad did the trick. Served it with a simple steak for dinner. Easy to halve. Didn't change a thing. DELICIOUS!!!

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake

This is the easiest and most delicious alternative to traditional pumpkin pie around. I made it even easier with the advice from a fellow reviewer by using pre-made pumpkin pie mix in a can instead of pumpkin + spices. Plates up nicely too due to the stunning contrast of the layers. Thanks for the recipe!!!
