The Best Meatloaf I've Ever Made
Everyone loved this! I made mine out of pork, because my daughter doesn't eat beef. I covered it with bacon to make it more moist and left off the milk. Then I topped it at the end with homemade bbq sauce, same daughter doesn't like tomatoes/ketchup. My substitutions aside, I'm sure this would've been great as written.

Mexican Style Shredded Pork
We loved this! I couldn't find chipotle sauce but I did find chipotle chili powder in the bulk section of the grocery store and added about a teaspoon or so. It smelled absolutely fabulous! Served it with Homemade flour tortillas & Mexican rice, from this site, & a can of refried beans and avocado slices.

Easy Sausage Gravy and Biscuits
I used homemade sausage that was light in fat so I added a 1/4 cup of butter to it. It might have thickened a bit quicker than making the gravy separate from the sausage so I'll probably keep making it like this in the future.
