Rosemary Roasted Turkey

It was very good! I guess I am just a little "don't mess with perfection" of the traditional roast turkey dinner. I would love to try this recipe w/chicken!

Special Buttercream Frosting

This was VERY good and super easy. It sure does make a lot - I easily covered over 50 cupcakes and still had enough for another 1/2 dozen. I used it for my 2 daughters' birthday parties and got rave reviews - people thought I bought the cupcakes from a bakery. Enjoyed it a lot and will be referring to it again in the future. Thank you!

Caribbean Jerk Pork Chops

I, personally, didn't care for it... but I think that it was just personal taste. I guess I am not crazy about jerk flavoring. However, I had made it for family members who raved about it, asked for the recipe and have since made it again several times for themselves!

Chicken and Dumplings II

I LOVED THIS RECIPE and so did my entire family, including my picky 3-yr-old. Although, I didn't include the tomatoes and peppers - I have made it several times. The only sad part; hardly any leftovers!

Slow Cooker Stuffing

WE LOVE STUFFING! So, I liked the concept of freeing up some oven space. However, I found that the sides burned and it made for some crispy bits. The middle was delicious, but I wound up throwing out a good portion of it. Unfortunate.

Famous Butter Chicken

I found out at the last minute that I didn't have any garlic salt, so I substituted onion salt. It was delicious! It is almost like Chicken Kiev without the hassel! The kitchen smelled wonderful and we had NO LEFTOVERS! Next time I will have to double the recipe. Delicious, thank you!

Hot Chicken Sandwiches II

This recipe is so quick & easy. A great way to use up leftover chicken. It sounded a little odd to add the stuffing "inside" the bun, but it is delicious! My husband asked me to make it again!
