Sweet Pork for Burritos
I really enjoyed this... I cooked it longer. I put the pork in the slow cooker with the water on high for about 8 hours then I went to bed and put it on low. Got up in the morning and took about 2 cups of the water out and saved it. Took my pico de galio and everything else plus only one cup of sugar and added the extra 2 cups of water .... Let it stew for another 4 hours... Awesome

Sorry but this didn't work for me. In the oven for over an hour and the s potato was still hard the apples didn't cook through.. Was a loser for me...

White Bean Chicken Chili
I enjoyed this... But I did it differently since I don't like chilis.. I used a can of diced tomatoes a can of corn and white beans. I marinated the beans and the tomatoes together and cooked chicken breasts and shred them and put them inside the mixture overnight. I used chili poweder and a little parsley with the cumin. Overall it was a good dish for a cold night
