Best Spanish Rice
I have a similar recipe I got from a Mexican Cook Book. My recipe does not have the broth it has 1 1/4 cups of water and 1 cup of rice and also adds 2 cloves of garlic chopped along with the other ingredients. Hispanics that I have given this recipe to says it's the best. Next time I will try the broth and up the amount of rice. This recipe deserves a five star rating.
