I usely don't take time to rate but I just had to on this one. As I said in the raspberry pie I recipe review, this crust is phenomenal! It is so forgiving and easy to work with. I love to cook but never liked working with fussy crusts so not many pies at our house. I just took 2 raspberry pies out of the oven and couldn't be more proud - 3rd time I've used this recipe. They are so flaky and tender. I get 2 double crusts plus I think enough to make one more single. I guess I roll thinner than other reviewer.
