Enjoyed every bite! I did spice it up and add hot sauce and sour cream on top. Lovely recipe, easy to make

Mrs. Sigg's Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2015
The best peanut butter cookies ever! I added chocolate chips, it's not dessert without chocolate around here. Other than that, no changes. I used my 1/4 cup ice cream dipper to make 36 perfect and generous cookies.

Lamb Meatballs

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2015
This is a great recipe. I cooked the meatballs in a 375 degree oven for 30 minutes to save cook time and they were so tender and good. I used the recipe for a main dish, with mashed potatoes and steam vegetables.

I really enjoyed this recipe, served it with potato soup, my own special recipe. Company loved it every bit as much as I did.

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2015
Borderline "okay" in my opinion. Followed the recipe very closely except used butter flavored shortening and added white chocolate chips. Cookies were crumbly, and dry. Flavor is not terrible just didn't like the texture at all. First batch I cooked 14 minutes, because they didn't "look" done, second batch I cooked 12 minutes and these were slightly better.

Chef John's Cream Cheese Frosting

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2014
I needed a frosting for an orange cake, doubled recipe for a full sized cake, one teaspoon orange extract instead of vanilla, orange zest, and orange juice instead of lemon. Exactly what I was looking for.

General Tsao's Chicken II

Reviewed: May 16, 2014
Excellent recipe! We have made it many times and it is easy quick and restaurant quality every time. I substituted plain flour for the corn starch, I always do this when I am cooking asian and etc. recipes, it is just my personal preference.

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: May 16, 2014
Very good recipe. Make sure you don't overcook or they will be hard. Rolled half the recipe into a log, wrapped them up and put them in the freezer. Barely possible, but they were even better when I sliced six off the log and baked. Fresh baked cookies whenever you want.

Dreamy Orange Cupcakes

Reviewed: Apr. 23, 2014
These are great! Love the orange flavor and nice fluffy but moist cupcakes. Only got 22 cupcakes out of the recipe, maybe I filled a little too full in the cup :)I used ice cream scoop to fill cups.

Vanilla and Chocolate Delight

Reviewed: Mar. 5, 2014
Everyone in my family loves the recipe and that is great for me because it goes together so easily. I have used graham cracker or cookie crust but the original is still the best for us.

Chicken Chilaquiles Casserole

Reviewed: Jun. 18, 2012
Nice flavor. I made a tripled the recipe to feed 10 and I also seared the chicken then loaded seared chicken and all the veggies into a roaster pan, baked for a little over an hour, was much easier with feeding such a large crowd and I could do other preps while it was cooking and not watch it so close. Made enough for leftovers.
