Cranberry Pistachio Biscotti

Great I made changes though due to what I had on hand: 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil (still tastes great!) 1/2 teaspoon green tea powder (replaced almond extract) Omitted 1/4 teaspoon salt (No salt because my pistachios were already salted) 1 cup pistachio nuts was enough for my recipe 1 5 oz bag of dark chocolate melted which I dipped the biscottis in and let cool in the fridge. EXCELLENT AND A HUGE SUCCESS!
