Easy & Delicious! I added my own seasonings along with a diced potato. This was really easy and Hubby went back for seconds. I would make this again. Thank you Progresso Recipe Starters for another easy meal!

Steak and Mushroom Sandwich

YUM! I must say this was not a pretty dish but it was definitely yummy! It was Hubby's idea to serve it with horseradish and I think that put it over the top. I really like these easy recipes that Progresso Recipe Starters has shared. Thank you Progresso!

Grilled Pineapple Appetizer with Teriyaki Chicken Meatballs

YUM! I was unable to find the teriyaki ginger chicken meatballs so I used al fresco tomato & basil chicken meatballs. I heated them in the microwave as they are already cooked, then brushed with warm teriyaki sauce. When placed on the pineapple chunks, they dripped down. Served with teriyaki sauce for dipping, they were YUMMY! Both Hubby and I give these two thumbs up!! Thank you al fresco All Natural for such a yummy recipe!

Easy Weeknight Chicken Parmesan

VERY GOOD! This meal really came together fast and was very enjoyable. I served it over fettuccine. I'm giving it four stars because I needed to cook at a lower temperature and the sauce needs tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, or something else to thicken it. It was too thin. I was worried that it would be too spicy for us "older folks" but it was not. I would make this again but with the sauce thickened. Thank you Progresso Recipe Starters for another fast delicious meal.

Fudge Puddles

VERY GOOD! I didn't change any of the ingredients, but I did melt the chocolate in the microwave stirring at 30 second intervals, then mixed in the vanilla and sweetened condensed milk. When it came time to add the fudge, I piped it into the cups feeling I could pile it on and make less mess. Doing it this way, I hardly had any fudge left over. My only question while making this was whether or not to grease the muffin tins. I did not and they came out just fine. There was no need to pick them out individually, just turn over and tap gently. This recipe is being enjoyed by all. Thank you debzy for sharing!

Easy Weeknight Bacon Mac 'n Cheese

DELICIOUS! I am not a fan of Mac 'n Cheese so this recipe was made especially for Hubby. I was certainly surprised with my first bite. I mentioned that it was pretty good and Hubby corrected me that it was REALLY GOOD! My only change was to use Velveeta cheese in place of the American & Cheddar cheeses as it was what I had on hand. I hesitated to add the red pepper but did anyway and I'm glad I did. I cooked six slices of bacon and crumbled them. After the dish was baked I sprinkled it with panko as instructed but was wondering if I should have done that prior to baking. Oh yes, I didn't have Italian style panko so I mixed plain panko with some Italian seasonings. The end result was DELICIOUS! Thank you Progresso Recipe Starters for sharing this recipe!

Make-Ahead Sour Cream Coffee Cake

EXCELLENT! I love the crunch from the topping. After several mornings of realizing I forgot to make the batter, I decided to go ahead and make it without any refrigeration. If it didn't turn out, it would be no fault of the recipe and no one would know. Well, I can shout out "IT WORKS" and what a treat it was! Although I had to leave out the nuts due to a diet restriction, it was fabulous! Thank you Maridele for sharing such a wonderful recipe!

Bill's Blue Cheese Dressing

PERFECT! Just like what they serve at the good restaurants here at the shore. Thick and full of crumbles, not runny like store-bought dressing. We loved it as a dressing but I will also serve it as a dip with celery and carrots sticks along with wings for football season. Thank you William for sharing your recipe!

Chef John's Crab Cakes

OUT OF THIS WORLD GOOD! I followed the ingredients exactly using 6 live jumbo blue claw crabs, making 6 crab cakes. It was a lot of work picking the crabs but they were left over from a crab fest and I didn't want them to go to waste. I will be purchasing jumbo lump crab meat to make again. Jumbo lump contains no cartilage and is worth the extra dollars. This recipe was so easy to make once I had my crabmeat. It is certainly tops at our house. Thank you Chef John for sharing!

Monkey Bread Kabobs

I am the submitter of this recipe and I want to clarify that you cover the cooling racks with parchment paper not the kabobs. Also, feel free to add your favorite fruit. I only had cherries available the night my granddaughter and I put this recipe together. Thank you to all who try it and I hope you have as much fun with it as we did. By the way, I gave her a pizza wheel to use for cutting the dough.

Cinnamon Swirl Bread for the Bread Machine

OH MY GOODNESS! I cut the recipe in half as I only had one loaf pan. I will be buying another! As Hubby cannot have nuts any more, I replaced the walnuts with raisins that I plumped. He also requested icing on top; so, I used the recipe from Clone of a Cinnabon. Absolutely delicious. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY! Thank you MN Nice for sharing your recipe!!

Hershey's ® 'Perfectly Chocolate' Chocolate Cake

5 STARS ALL THE WAY! This is the best chocolate cake and frosting I have ever made! I had tasted the frosting when my mother made it so I knew I would love it. However, when I made it, it was thinner; so, a call to Mom and her secret was out. You have to beat it a long time until it gets fluffier. So good!! Thank you Hershey's for sharing your recipe!

Fresh Tomato Parmesan Scramble

Roasted Peppers in Oil (Peperoni Arrostiti Sotto Olio)

Lite Italian Salad Dressing

Home-Fried Cheese Sticks

These are SOOO GOOD! I had the pleasure of making them when they were a "personal recipe". They are a favorite at our house. My review was as follows: YUMMY! Such a nice coating and they froze so well. I took them out of the hot oil as soon as they browned so as not to burn. I followed that up with a few seconds in the microwave to be sure they were done inside. I served them with "Clone of a pretzel dip" and they were so YUMMY! They made a great addition to our "dippers". Thank you mis7up for sharing your YUMMY recipe! I added it to my cookbook and it has definitely found a home at our house.

Slam Dunk Coconut Shrimp Dipping Sauce

I am the submitter of this recipe. It is not necessary to make a large quantity if you don't make coconut shrimp often. Mixing these 3 ingredients to your liking makes for a great coconut shrimp dip. I like to make ahead and freeze in 2 oz. containers so I can just pull what I need. Thank you to all who take the time to try my recipe!
