Tomorrow I am going to make lasagna. REAL lasagna. Not the kind that comes in a red box that just gets shoved into the oven. I am a little nervous. But one thing that makes me happy is that there will be friends here to share it with. Which in essence is the point of food to me. It helps bring people together. Tomorrow it will be a Thank you and a celebration. My fiancee moves in tomorrow and a friend  is helping him move. What better way to say thank you and celebrate a new step in our life and good friends than to serve what I hope will be a great meal.

You can bet I will have something on the speed dial though!!!

Something To Think About Is, Are You Going To Use, Dry lasagna Noodles, No Boil lasagna Noodles, Or Home Made lasagna Noodles. I tend To Make Fresh Pasta Noodles Because I Think They Taste Better. But If Your In A Pinch For Time I can Understand if cooks opt for the boxed pasta.

I am going with the oven ready. I am kind of pressed for time today with the moving and all, I won't have time to watch the pot boil :(

I was just wondering if your lasagna turned out alright. For people who claim they can't cook...lasagna can be challenging.
