Chocolate Cookie Cheesecake

I made this on Sat for a dinner party it was awesome!!! However, i was using 9.5 springfoam pan and the batter was too much I had to leave out the sourcream layer and just did the chocolate topping. Also , I added 1 more tablespoon butter to the crust. Not sure what prev reviewer was talking about regarding the crust being soggy due to the Oreos . I did not have this problem. But I also ground the oreo cookies up really small crumbs with my food processor for the crust and added the butter and sugar to that. 10 oreo = 1 cup cookie crumbs. Besides that it was awesome. I think next time I will use adjust recipe for less people so that it will fit in the pan with the sour cream layer. One final thing, give it the 8hrs to cool, I cut it at a 4.5 hrs and was good , but the next day it was 1000x better .

Brownie Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

I made this last night using No Fudge Pudge Brownies (trader joes) and low fat philly cream cheese. This was soooooooooooooo good. Defiantly give yourself at least 4 hours for it to set and chill. I tasted it after 3 hrs and it was too creamy, after chilling overnight perfect. Also next time I will leave out the chocolate chips in the batter too rich. I drizzeled a design with chocolate syrup on top and baked. The hubbie loved it, will def make again was super easy and good. Also if u use lowfat ingredients you dont taste the difference at all.

Sweet and Sour Meatballs II

OMG this was so good. I used half of the vinegar, used apple cider vinegar taste great, not sure what prev reviewer was referring to. Made a few changes, used 2 eggs instead of the one. With the whole cup of bread crumbs more was needed for the meatballs to roll better and not fall apart. I used Italian bread crumbs, added garlic powder , pepper , salt. dash of ginger. Used 1/2 onion diced small. Onion needs to be diced really small or else meatballs will have hard time rolling and staying together. I browned the meatballs then baked while i made the sauce in the bowl. I sauteed green pepper, then added the sauce, then added pineapple chunks, added the meat back and let simmer. Severed over while bastmati rice. Was awesome. The hubbie was like "wow this is great" I will keep this is rotation now and make again with my changes.

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I

this is awesome and super easy, i followed the other reviews and used liption onion soup mix, extra cream cheese , i doubled the sauce made with grands flaky biscuits, leftovers were so good, wow wish i had some now.

World's Best Lasagna

This was awesome, my husband loves Italian food and I am a rookie when it comes to Italian cuisine so I was so happy I came across this. He loved this.Thanks !! Also this was super easy to make. It did take a long time but worth it.

Hummus III

After reading the reviews i took the suggestions and used the liquid added more garlic and olive oil on top , parsley for garnish with peprika. Yum taste just like the hummus at my favorite middle eastern diner . Makes alot enough for a family, good with trader joes pita chips.Thanks

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts

only change i made is i used turkey bacon I dont eat pork and added extra cheddar cheese. I have made this several times with alt. chees depending on what i have on hand cream cheese, feta, cheddar. it always a hit. So good.

Pineapple Upside-Down Cake VII

I used 9x11 pan it was super moist. I used dunkin Hines moist pineapple supreme cake. Make this for a birthday at work it was gone in 60 secs. Great easy recipe. Will try next with cast iron skillet.

White Cheese Chicken Lasagna

This was so awesome. Seriously perhaps one of the best things I ever ate. LOL. I made a few minor changes. First marinated the chicken in EVOO, garlic paste, salt & pepper for a few hrs. I then cooked the chicken on the george forman grill and shredded once cooled. I also steamed fresh broccoli and spinach seasoned with salt,pepper and butter. I made about 1/3 more sauce it was so good. The hubbie said he likes this better than the original beef lasagna which is his fav. will be making again thanks for great recipe. it is time consuming but worth it. mmmummgood.blogspot.com

Mango Salsa

Made this with organic mangos and lots of cilantro all fresh ingredients. it was soo good. The best ever used 1 large can of pineapple tidbits and mangos 3/4 red onion, and all the rest, also added sliver of minced garlic .

so good I made these last tuesday and they are still soft and good. I am eating them right now week later wed. Usually other recipes cookies never stay this soft so long. so good. next time will add walnuts.

Indian-Style Rice with Cashews, Raisins and Turmeric

Rice turned out really good, nice and tasty I used yellow raisins, and pine nuts instead of the cashews. Served with Lamb and Garlic Naan, was yummy. made for my 3 brothers. no leftovers.

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast

Made yesterday..yum read the reviews b4 hand, I am not a very expierenced cook and have been trying to learn some new recipes married.i didnt have a "pounder", So what i did was sauteed the garlic,3 bella mush. sliced, 1/4 .onion, and the spinach, added salt and pepper, then mixed with sourcream, sharp cheddar cheese( i i dont like perpper jack cheese) and 1tbsps, cream cheese, i didnt use bacon figured alot of cal. anyway. filled the ckn and folded ovr. baked.delicious. fiance cleaned his plate, and had seconds. That never happends.

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing

this dressing is so good, yesterday was my first thanksgiving where i had to cook everything, so i was a little nervous. This was the first dressing i have ever made and it was delicious,everyone went for 2nds & 3rds. the only thing i did differently was adding more broth after reading other reviews. it came out very moist, i used beef sausage ,sub. the white bread for cornbread, and used chicken broth.
