Hamburger Steak with Onions and Gravy

We did not care for this. This is partly my fault because I listened to another reviewer and I used vanilla extract as a substitute for cooking sherry. Disgusting. For the actual hamburgers all of the ingredients made my hamburgers way to wet. It was a huge disappointment in my house. Sorry for the negative review.

Chicken with Creamy Tomato Basil Sauce

I am giving 5 stars for convenience. I doubled the recipe and threw it all together in a 9x13 dish and baked it. I got away with a meal that my family thought that I spent hours on. My three-year-old asked for thirds. This dish isn't the fanciest but it is worth it for a busy family.
