Avocado Asian Black Bean Salad

LOVE THIS SALAD. I have added tomatoes and corn to this salad. I don't have any hot chili oil so I dont use that. Also to make it even healthier, I use Braggs Amino Acids in place of soy sauce....no salt in it. I think I need to make this again tomorrow.

Amazing Italian Lemon Butter Chicken

OH MY HOLY COW!!!!! I am in a dinner coma. It was that good. I highly recomend this dish. My whole family LOVED it. My husband gave it a 4 and a half stars. Which is very high for him. I will be making this often. I did add a little extra cream and no cappers because I didn't have any.

Best Butternut Squash Soup Ever

This soup is to die for. I hade some home made chicken stock that I used in this. I also shredded a little asiago cheese on top. I am very excited to have found a recipe to use up all the butternut squash I have. And my children loved it too. Thank you Chester.

Mom's Sweet Potato Bake

I was assigned sweet potatoe's for Turkey day this year. And as always I go to my favorite recipe website.....AR. Found this one and let me just tell you that it was the most talked about dish at dinner. My adult neice who doesnt eat anything healthy tried a little bit of this and had 3rds and 4ths. She LOVE LOVE LOVED it. So did the rest of my family. I had to leave the recipe with everybody. I did add some mini marshmellows before and after the topping. Thanks a million Sandra for sharing your mom's recipe. We will be using it forever and ever. Amen.

Blueberry Zucchini Bread

YUM!!!!! The only thing I will do different is add more blueberries. These were melt in your mouth good. I just got a case of blueberries and need to use them in other ways besides fruit smoothies and muffins. Thanks Laujra.

Zucchini Patties

These were super duper yummy. We have zucchini coming out our ears so I am looking for recipes to use it up. I added some garlic powder and seasoning salt and I cooked it a little longer on a lower temp. My parents and they're friends loved them and now want the recipe. Thanks for sharing Sherlie.

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies III

These are worth more then 5 stars. These are by far the best Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies I have ever had. So moist and soft and just the right amount of cakeness. I did tweek it to my liking by using all whole wheat flour, honey, and pumpkin pie spice. Oh sooooo good. I also used less chocolate chips just because I like less. These are my new favorite cookie. Thank you, thank you, thank you Jennifer!!!!!!!

Fluffy Whole Wheat Biscuits

S'mores Crumb Bars

My husband LOVED this snacky dessert. He ate most of it. I made one that I donated to a church service auction, so I didn't get to taste it. I made another one that was a little smaller, so I could taste it. It is SOOOOOOOO easy.

Angel's Pasta

I wasn't sure about this at first but from the first bite I was in Heaven. I used regular spagetti noodles. I added onion and red bell peppers and I also used dried basil, because it was all I had. This is a great recipe. I will put some twists on it the next time I make it. Thanks Denyse.

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili

My husband gave this a 5 star. He was so excited to eat it. He could smell it cooking all day. I think he loved that it was a very meaty chili. I would give it a 5 as well. We didn't make it as spicy though. Noone would eat it if it was very spicy.

Iced Pumpkin Cookies

YUMMY!!!!! These ROCK to the bottom of my tummy. The only thing I did different is add a little maple flavoring to the frosting. Big hit at work. So make these awesome cookies!!!!!!

Ultimate Grilled Steak

I saw this recipe and that it had no reviews as of yet and was hoping to be the first to give it a review. I guess 3rd will have to do. I gave it 4 stars because I think it needed a little more kick to it. Maybe with the Bold A-1 would be better. Hubby didnt rant and rave about it so I gave it a 4 stars as well. I may use this again but just "jazz" it up a bit.

Chocolate Crinkles II

I just made these this evening and they are SUPERB!!!! Yummy, moist and chocolatey. I used whole wheat flower and not quite as much sugar. Dont over cook them. This is a keeper indeed.
