Great recipe! I used the 4 cups of rhubarb that others suggested. The vanilla sauce adds a wonderful flavor too.

Salisbury Steak

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2009
I made this for Christmas dinner and found it to be another wonderful recipe that I can add to my recipe box. After browning the patties, I put them in a crockpot and doubled the soup mixture and served it with Make-Ahead Mashed Potatoes. My dinner could not have been much more simpler leaving me more time to spend with my family.

Honey Mustard Dressing II

Reviewed: May 1, 2007
I prepared it exactly as in the recipe. Pretty tasty on a mixed lettuce salad. Make sure you double the recipe though because you'll be eating it again!

Great recipe! You can't get it any easier than making dough in a bread oven. I'll be making these often.

Sunday Brunch Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2007
I am usually a little afraid of making something new like this for my husband but he took a second helping. I made it exactly as the recipe stated and baked for 45 minutes. I did make it for "Sunday Brunch" but it will make a great holiday brunch recipe too.

Tiger Butter II

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2006
I never heard of Tiger Butter before so I was curious enough to make it. Turned out great even after using the full 20 oz. package of white chocolate. I also melted the white chocolate and peanut butter in the microwave and after they were chilled I just broke them apart. Very simple. This will be added to my holiday recipes.

Savory Garlic Marinated Steaks

Reviewed: Sep. 6, 2005
I marinated steaks for a number of people using sirloin, t-bone, and ribeye. They all were great. I cut the vinegar a bit but I'm sure the steaks would have tasted just as good with the full amount. I also marinated for about a day and a half. Very tender.

I love salads and the bacon makes it especially tasty. This is an easy-to-make recipe and I like "easy". I will be making it again.

Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak

Reviewed: Nov. 30, 2004
When asked for the recipe you know it's a hit. I prepared this recipe along with my turkey at Thanksgiving and it went over better than the turkey. It was also so easy to prepare. I used another persons hint and added an extra cup of water and it turned out great. Thanks.

I am always looking for recipes that are quick and simple to make and these are definitely quick and simple. There is plenty of cream cheese mixture to spread on the tortillas.
