I tried this recipe tonight because it was posted in the video and for the great reviews. It came out... NOT COOKIE!! I am not saying it is bad, but it came out like a biscuit. The dough was very sticky and i couldn't even use a cutter. I tried instead to use it like a drop dough but the cookies puffed up too much. I didn't try adding any more flour like others had suggested in the reviews, and the flavor is alright. It's more bread-like than i had expected. So not to waste the dough, i plopped the rest in a muffin tin and we'll be eating them for breakfast tomorrow!

Pear Butter

It's not even done yet and it's delish! I keep testing it while it cooks and I have to step away!! I hate reviewing things with a million substitutes but this is what I did: I swapped out the nutmeg and orange juice/zest for some of my own pumpkin spice mix and the smell is heavenly! I also looked up this recipe because i had a few pears left i didn't want to lose. I also added 2 apples leftover. So good!! I won't be canning it, It wont last that long! hahahaha

Easiest Eggplant

Very simple recipe! I was skeptical about the mayonnaise, thinking it might make the eggplant taste funny but this was Deeeeelicious! It tastes just as good in dishes as a fried version does! I made a huge batch up and we almost didn't have any left for dinner because me and my husband kept stealing pieces! It tastes good even refrigerated! I froze the remainder to see how it would hold up for future meals, so hopefully it will be just as good!

Poached Salmon II

Very yummy recipe! This was my first attempt at poaching fish and I am happy with how it came out. I subbed the wine with lemon juice but next time I will try chicken broth like suggested by others here. It came out a little too tart for my liking but the rest of the family gave me a BIG thumbs up!
