I am 50% Native American and 50% European American. My cooking is inspired by the indigenous and aboriginal of North America specifically southwestern regions and the Pueblo tribes. Our meals included many corn, squash and bean dishes. Our "tortillas" were more of a flat bread baked in adobe clay ovens. My grandmother had a modern stove and used cast iron skillets. I will try my best to keep my submitted recipes as authentic as possible.
