Followed recipe to a tee...Added chopped bell peppers and onions into the marinade as well. This was one of the most excellent chicken dishes that I have ever made

Souvlaki

Perfect as is. No need to add any additional ingredients. My husband and friends rave over this dish, just make sure that you marinade it for at least 3 hours.

Honey Mustard Teriyaki Chicken

Reviewed: May 21, 2006
I didn't have Grey Poupon, but I did have O'Charley's reduced fat honey mustard and it was excellent! My fiance loved it, I didn't measure out 3 tbsp exactly of teriyaki sauce, I just kinda dumped it on top of the chicken. Wonderful recipe though, goes great with rice and broccoli!!!

Excellent, simply the best. The cheese is not necessarily needed, the dip is great alone!

Great! Just double or triple the gravy. Oh, and I didn't have any sherry either, but it was still wonderful!

Best Baked Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 5, 2010
Pretty darn good and easy to make b/c all the ingredients are staples in my household. The chicken is very moist and my husband is a very picky eater. He hates regular Stove Top Stuffing by itself, but he said it was wonderful in this dish. I followed the recipe to a T and it was great. If you are out of sour cream, you can also use plain yogurt for coating the chicken, I have made it both ways and it turns out excellent each time.

Roast Pork with Maple and Mustard Glaze

Reviewed: Mar. 5, 2010
Oh, this is soooooooooooo good. What a great dish to impress the relatives and inlaws with. You have to use REAL maple syrup, just get over it and shell out the 7 bucks for the real thing. I promise you won't regret it!

Warm Crab Parmesan Dip

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2004
Yummy, this was great. I made it for my class and it was all gone in a matter of minutes. I also followed other's suggestions for using two cans of crabmeat, and only 1/2 cup of mayonnaise. Also, the only sour cream I had in my fridge was the fat free kind, but it worked wonderfully. This is a great dip for a party or family event, just beware that you may want to make an extra bowl, because this dip disappears in a matter of moments!
