Slow-Cooker Barbecue Ribs

I couldn't stop eating these, almost half a rack to myself, but I just could tell if I would have rather liked it on the grill with a bit of a crust on it. They were very tender and moist. Fall of the bone kind. I used store bought bbq sauce.

Mushroom Rice Pilaf

I would give this five stars with my slightly changed version. I used a wild/long grain rice mixture and I cooked it 20-25 minutes. I also used fresh mushrooms. I LOVED it. Very tasty.

These are so good! I made these exact. I tried them warm out of the oven. Do not do that. I feel the flavor comes out more when they have completely cooled, better the next day.

Greek Pasta with Tomatoes and White Beans

i opted to add some garlic and onion in EVOO before adding tomatos and beans, i thought it was good but it still needed something. I also added black olives. I think I will add more garlic next time

Chipotle Crusted Pork Tenderloin

my family doesn't like pork, but I do it was good ! My hbby liked the crust so I put it on a whole chicken..and baked it... it was a HIT!!!

They were pretty good, I have a microwave egg cooker that works great! but it only cooks four at a time and I used this version to make 12. I like how my microwave one does a better job.

Too Much Chocolate Cake

this was Fab!!!! I made the exact recipe without any changes and used the satiny chocolate glaze recipe from this site and it was gone be the next morning. I did add my own touch because it was for a birthday I put white chocolate shavings on the top for decor. YUM YUM!!!

Quinoa and Black Beans

This was good! I added red bell peppers and corn. I had it as a side dish to chicken breast I cooked in salsa. For left overs I cut up the chicken and mixed it in for lunch the next day. I wish I would have added more spice thought. I will make this many more times.

Basic Crepes

I never made crepes befor nor have I had one to eat. My husbands' french grandmother use to make them for him when he was little and is always talking about them, so I thought I would give it a try, see if they could match his grandmothers. He said they were great! Just like when he was a kid! This is so easy to make, I did mix the wet before the flour, turned out perfect.
