World's Best Pasta Sauce!

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2013
Years ago I used to make my own pasta sauce and then all the good bottled sauces came on the market. I was excited to try this recipe to get back to cooking from scratch. It was average and I still prefer Barilla in the jar. It's also less time consuming and messy!

Pumpkin Pasta

Reviewed: Oct. 25, 2012
Doubled recipe. I thought it was bitter and bland. I am going to add more chicken broth and honey and turn it into soup. I will then add some pasta.

Easy Vegetable Beef Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2012
It was okay but a little bland. I made it a second time but used beef broth instead of bouillon, added 3/4 c. barley, 1/2 celery, fresh garlic, and a bay leaf. After I made it I placed in crock pot and cook on low so we can eat anytime.

Fabulous Foolproof Lasagna

Reviewed: Aug. 8, 2012
I made this recipe last night but found it difficult to make 4 layers becausde there was not enough ricotta mixture, cheese or sauce. My husband liked it because he doesn't like a lot of sauce. If I make it again I will double everything except the noodles. I'm also not sure if I liked the Tyme in it.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Jul. 26, 2012
I was very excited to bake these after reading all the great reviews. I used brown sugar instead of white for the crumb topping and I think the topping could be cut in half. I did freeze half for another time. I baked for 20 muniutes in my convection oven but should have baked for 18 minutes so they would be moister. They were very good and I would make this recipe again.
