Cobb Salad
This was delicious. I used a spring mix instead of iceberg (just don't like it) and a dressing of EVOO, white wine vinegar and Dijon mustard. Marinated chicken breasts in Italian dressing over night and grilled it on my Big Green Egg. Even hubby liked it and that's a big deal. Thanks for the recipe. Will do it again.

Marinated Grilled Shrimp
This recipe was delicious. I knew I would be short on time, so I made the marinade the night before, put the shrimp in a Ziploc bag with the marinade when I got home from work and let it set for about a half hour. I would have grilled, but it has been pouring rain all day. I didn't use the skewers, but just poured the whole thing on the broiler pan, and broiled for just about 2 -3 minutes each side. I used chili sauce instead of tomato sauce and may have gone a little heavy on the cayenne, but it was still delicious. Thank you for this! We will definitely make it again.

Roasted Brussels Sprouts
These were excellent and that's saying a lot coming from someone who hasn't had a Brussel Sprout since she was a kid. Couldn't stand 'em, but hubby loves 'em so I followed this recipe, except put them in a pan with some cut up potatoes. A little olive oil, salt and pepper and popped them on the grill (Big Green Egg) for about 30 minutes. They came out delicious. I gave them four stars only because I still am not fond of Brussel Sprouts, but at least this way, I will actually eat them! Pretty tasty.
