Easy Shrimp Lo Mein
Wow! This was a great recipe. The sauce is phenomenal. Such a wonderful recipe because you can make it to individual taste. We made both shrimp and steak Lo Mein. We varied the veggies to suit each person and just made smaller portions. Thanks for a great recipe, we'll never order Lo Mein take out again.

Penne with Pancetta and Mushrooms
Excellent base recipe that can be tweaked to individual taste. Definitely needs more sauce, like most reviews, we doubled it. To our taste we added: 1/2 large shallot, 1 large grilled chicken breast, 4 small seeded and chopped tomatoes and about 5 large fresh basil leaves chopped. Yummy

Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich with Garlic Mayo
Fantastic sandwiches! The garlic mayo is a must. We used Hellman's light mayo to cut some calories. We had left over sirloin steak from the night before that was cooked medium rare, so we cut it up super thin and then cooked it further according to the recipe. Any meat you use will end up well done, so using left overs is fine. Be careful with the oven on 500 degrees the bread will burn quickly.
