Cheesy Ranch Potato Bake
I made this for a potluck at school and it was gone in a minute. Everyone loved it and couldn't stop complimenting me. I followed suggestions from others and cut the butter in half and all I had was sharp cheddar but that turned out just fine. I also added some dried minced onions to the top with the cheese. I think it could afford to be a little lighter on the ranch but that depends on your preferences. Could add chives or green onions and maybe even bacon depending on the day.

White Chocolate Blondies
I made these as well as many other deserts for a party and as soon as they tasted the blondies they wouldn't touch the rest of my desserts! They were a big success and definitely a recipe I'll be saving. I had a few changes based on other reviews including just microwaving the white chocolate (I used chips and they came out fine) instead of using a double boiler which seemed like too much of a hassle. Also instead I just kept them truly blonde by using white chips instead of semi-sweet.

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies
These cookies were really delicious out of the oven and stayed fresh and soft for another week in Tupperware containers. When I pressed the peanut butter cups in right after pulling them from the oven they melted all over however. So I waited a couple of minutes and while they were still warm pressed in the frozen peanut butter cup.
