Pizza Dough III

I am giving this recipe 4 stars because I had to tweak it in the middle of making. Other than this, I followed the recipe to a tee, which I believe you have to do for a proper review. Anyways, I let the dough rise for 30 minutes, only the dough did not really rise. I needed to get it rolling, but before it was even pliable enough to get out of the bowl I had to add in about a cup of flour. It rolled out great, baking was a little bit of a different story. I put it in the oven at 400 degrees for 20 min as another reviewer suggested and glad I did. After this I took it out and cut it into fourths, seeing that it was still not cooked enough, I put it back in at 350 for another 5-10 minutes checking it. The toppings were cooked before the dough but it still came out good. We like our crust to be soft so it was perfect, but if you like crispy crust, you'll have to tweak it even more.
