Shrimply Delicious Shrimp Salad

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2006
Made this today and got rave reviews. Served it over baby spinach leaves. I might try adding some walnuts the next time. A great recipe!

Absolutely the Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 16, 2006
So simple and so simply delicious!! I didn't have Mexican Vanilla, so I used regular vanilla and I did not grease my cookie sheet. Might add nuts next time, but this recipe is truly going to be a favorite!

Kathy's Delicious Italian Pasta Salad

Reviewed: Sep. 4, 2007
I added marinated artichoke hearts and used bow-tie pasta. Also used a packet of "Good Seasons MILD Italian" and used red wine vinegar in the Good Seasons. I found smoked mozzarella and used it - this is a great recipe that you can add other ingredients to. Will make it again!!

Frog Cupcakes

A huge hit with the kids - and yes, they are a little time consuming to decorate, but well worth the effort. I used little confetti hearts for a nose and string licorice for a smile! A FUN recipe!!!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2013
I made this recipe, as printed, for my church fish fry. They were awesome. I actually made the dough and refrigerated it overnight - took it out and got it to room temperature and then baked them. I may make another batch and freeze the dough. The next batch I make I will add some chopped, lightly roasted, walnuts. I also used a large cookie scoop which was less than 1/4 cup so I decreased the baking time.
