Easy Tuna Casserole
Very bland the way it was as I have made it before. This time, I fried onions till crispy brown and then sauteed one can of tuna into it. One the tuna was well fried, I added 2 tablespoons of garlic chilli oil and plenty of salt and pepper. I added the cream of chicken soup and added some frozen peas to the mix. When I was ready to bake it, I made a quick crumble from italian breadcrumbs and butter. So I stirred in alittle shredded cheddar cheese, topped it with cheese and finally added the crumble. It was AMAZING

Classic Hash Browns
While I thought the recipe was wonderful, I found that the inside of my hash didn't cook very well at the times specified. I chose to cook it for 10 minutes and then bake it for another 10 minutes and chose to sprinkle some cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top while it baked. I served it with fluffy scrambled eggs and a little ketchup!

Broccoli Rice Casserole
Honestly.. I had to change this recipe completely. I used fresh broccoli stead of frozen. I used 1 cup of parboiled rice stead of 3. I chose to use make a white sauce of flour,butter,milk, salt and pepper and red pepper flakes. Before making the white sauce, I sauteed bacon and onions and 2 gloves of minced garlic to add flavor. I then added the cheese to the whole mixture and baked for half an hour at 375 degrees.
