The Original Home-Baked Girl Scout Cookie
This recipe was a disaster, I don't even want to show a photo of how flat and run-together these cookies look. I wanted to be true to the recipe, but as nataliemac said, it was too sticky. I rolled them up in plastic wrap, and froze for a couple hours, but still sticky. If I had followed my instincts, I would have added a 1/2 tsp. of salt, and 1/2 cup more flour. They broke into a million pieces when I tried to scrape them off the cookie pan. Taste is okay, needs salt. islandteal, typo in recipe means cream the butter and sugar together (mix until creamy).

Homemade Yummy Fudge
I have made several different fudge recipes from this website, and this was the least 'fudge-like.' You are basically making thick chocolate cake frosting. At no point is it ever in a liquid form that can be poured. If you want a great fudge that you don't need a candy thermometer to make, try the Foolproof Chocolate Fudge.

Mom's Best Peanut Brittle
Great recipe, first time ever making peanut brittle, and turned out perfect. I used blanched peanuts, so less of a chance to scorch. Added at about 240 degrees. I heated the baking sheet to 275 degrees so brittle wouldn't set up too quickly while being spread out.
